SBI SCO Recruitment 2026: State Bank of India (SBI) has released an official advertisement (CRPD/SCO/2025-26/27) for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) on a Regular / Contract basis. Online applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for 116 vacancies in Information Systems (IS) Audit and Internal Audit domains.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on 31.01.2026):

• AVP (IS Audit): 27 to 45 Years.

• Deputy Manager (IS Audit): 25 to 35 Years.

• Deputy Manager (CA - Internal Audit): 21 to 35 Years.

• Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 Years), OBC Non-Creamy Layer (3 Years), PwBD (up to 15 Years).

2. Educational Qualification & Experience:

• IS Audit Posts (AVP & DM): BSc/B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT / Electronics OR BCA/MCA OR M.Tech./MSc in relevant field with minimum 50% score.
  Experience: Minimum 6 years for AVP and 3 years for DM in BFSI/IT/IS Consultancy.

• Deputy Manager (CA): Chartered Accountant (C.A.) with active membership of ICAI.
  Experience: Minimum 1 year post qualification experience in Statutory/Internal/Concurrent Audit of Banks.

Salary Structure

• AVP (IS Audit): Annual CTC up to ₹ 50.00 Lacs (negotiable). The CTC will be bifurcated into Fixed Pay and Variable Pay in an 85:15 ratio.

• Deputy Manager (Regular Posts): Will be placed in the Middle Management Grade Scale - II (MMGS-II) with a pay scale of 64820-2340/1-67160-2680/10-93960. Eligible for DA, HRA, Provident Fund, NPS, Medical Facility, etc.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on Shortlisting and Interview.

• Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications does not vest any right to be called for an interview. The shortlisting committee will decide the parameters to call an adequate number of candidates.

• Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.

• Merit List: Prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. For the AVP post, CTC negotiations will be held during the interview.
