Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on 31.03.2026):

  • Maximum Age Limit for UR/EWS: 30 Years

  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST (35 Years), OBC-NCL (33 Years), PwBD (40 Years). Additional relaxation for service candidates and Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. rules.

2. Essential Educational Qualification & GATE Score:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology OR DOEACC B-level OR AMIE OR Grad IETE OR Master Degree in Science (M.Sc) OR Master Degree in Computer Application (MCA) OR ME/M.Tech OR M.Phil in relevant fields.

  • Valid GATE Score: Candidates MUST possess a valid GATE Score from 2024, 2025, or 2026.

    • For Computer Sciences & IT: GATE Paper Code - CS

    • For Electronics and Communication: GATE Paper Code - EC

    • For Data Science and AI: GATE Paper Code - DA

  • Experience: No Experience Required.

Selection Process

  • Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for a Personal Interaction/Interview on the basis of their GATE Score in a 1:5 ratio (category-wise and discipline-wise). Equal weightage will be given to GATE 2024, 2025, and 2026 scores.

  • Document Verification & Interview: Document verification will be conducted before the Interaction/Interview (Maximum 50 Marks). Minimum qualifying marks in the interview are 50% for UR and 40% for EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwBD.

  • Final Selection: Purely based on a combined merit list where the GATE score carries 60% weightage and the Personal Interaction/Interview carries 40% weightage.
