Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (As on 01.02.2026):
Upper Age Limit: 27 Years.
Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwD candidates as per Government of India rules.
2. Educational Qualification:
Engineering: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics / Civil / IT / Computer Science with minimum 65% aggregate marks.
Pharma: Full-time B.Pharm with minimum 65% aggregate marks.
Marketing: Full-time MBA (Marketing) / MBA (Digital Marketing) / 2-year PGDBM / MIB / MPIB with minimum 65% marks.
HR: Full-time MBA (HR) / MSW (PM&IR) / 2-year PGDPM / MA (PM&IR) / MHRM with minimum 65% marks.
Social Work: Full-time MSW (Medical and Psychiatry) with minimum 65% marks.
Data Analytics: BE/B.Tech / BSc (Maths/Stats) with full-time MBA (Data Analytics) with minimum 65% marks.
Hospital Management: UG in Science with Full-time MBA (Hospital Management) with minimum 65% marks.
Note: For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the minimum qualifying marks requirement is relaxed to 60%.
Stipend & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainees on a monthly stipend equal to Basic Pay + DA at the Deputy Manager (E1 level), i.e., Basic Pay ₹ 40,000/- per month + applicable DA. On successful completion of the 1-year training period, they will be regularized as Deputy Manager (E-1 Grade) in the pay scale of ₹ 40,000 - 1,40,000/-. Candidates must execute a Service Agreement Bond of ₹ 3,00,000/- to serve for a minimum of 60 months.

Selection Process
The selection process comprises multiple phases:
Phase I - Computer Based Test (CBT): 90 Minutes duration comprising 100 Questions (50 Marks for General Aptitude/Reasoning/English and 50 Marks for Domain Knowledge).
Phase II - Multi-stage Interview Assessment:
Stage 1: Preliminary Interview.
Stage 2: Psychometric Analysis.
Stage 3: Document Verification & Final Interview.
