RailTel Recruitment 2026: RailTel Corporation of India Limited, a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, has released Vacancy Notice No. RCIL/2026/P&A/44/1. Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for regular recruitment in the Technical Department for Data Centre operations at Gurugram & Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on 06.04.2026):

• Deputy Manager (E-1): 21 to 30 Years.

• Manager (E-2): 23 to 31 Years.

• Senior Manager (E-3): 27 to 34 Years.

• Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 Years), OBC-NCL (3 Years), PwBD (10 Years) as per Govt. guidelines.

2. Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Education (All Posts): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics & Telecom / Computer Science / IT / Electrical / MCA / M.Sc. (Electronics) or equivalent.

• Experience Requirement:

  • E-1 (Deputy Manager): Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant areas.

  • E-2 (Manager): Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.

  • E-3 (Senior Manager): Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience.

• Mandatory Certifications: Candidates must hold specific active technical certifications (e.g., RHCSA, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Oracle Certified Professional, VMware VCTA, etc.) relevant to the role applied for. Please refer to the official notification for exact certification requirements.

Selection Process

• The selection shall primarily be on the basis of an Interview (100 Marks, Qualifying Marks: 60%).

• Depending on the number of applications received, a Skill Test / Written Test may also be conducted (150 Marks for Written/Skill + 50 Marks for Interview).

• Candidates will have to pass the requisite C-2 medical standards of the Indian Railway Medical Manual.
