NHIDCL Recruitment 2026: The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), has released Hiring Notice No. 04/2026. Applications are invited from dynamic and motivated professionals for engagement as Young Professionals (Associates, Senior Associates, and Consultant) on a contractual basis to contribute towards the development of strategic road infrastructure in the country.

Vacancy Details & Remuneration

A total of 37 vacancies have been announced across various disciplines. The engagement is purely on a contractual basis for a fixed period of 2 years, extendable by 1 year (maximum 3 years). The post-wise breakdown and remuneration details are as follows:

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must ensure they possess essential qualifications strictly from premier institutes (IITs, NITs, IIMs, National Law Schools, or top NIRF ranked institutions).

1. Age Limit (As on date of advertisement):

• Associate: Maximum 30 Years

• Senior Associate: Maximum 40 Years

• Consultant: Maximum 45 Years

2. Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Construction Management: Master's in Construction Management or equivalent from IITs/NITs/Top 100 NIRF.

• Technical: Master's Degree in Civil Engg (Structures/Transportation/Tunnel) or Geology/Geo-Tech from IITs/NITs/Top 100 NIRF.

• Human Resource: MBA in HR from IIMs or Top 100 NIRF.

• Finance: M.Com/CA/CMA/MBA Finance from IIMs or Top 100 NIRF.

• Legal: LLB/LLM from National Law Schools or Top 30 NIRF.

• Information Technology: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) or M.Tech Cyber Security or B.Tech+MBA from IITs/NITs/IIITs/Top 100 NIRF.

• Experience: 0-2 Years for Associate, 2-9 Years for Senior Associate, and 9-15 Years for Consultant.

Selection Process

• Screening & Shortlisting: Applications will be evaluated by an internally constituted Screening Committee.

• Further Evaluation: Shortlisted candidates may undergo a Written Test, Group Discussion, and/or Personal Interview as decided by the Selection Committee.

• Background Verification (BGV): Final engagement is subject to successful background verification.
