Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (As on 05.04.2026):
Junior Engineers & Graduate Assistants: Maximum 28 Years
E-1 level posts (AM / Sr Project Exec): Maximum 30 Years
Deputy Manager / Manager / GM: 33 Years / 37 Years / 54 Years respectively
Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Govt of India guidelines.
2. Educational Qualification & Experience:
Junior Engineers (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): Three years full-time Diploma in respective Engineering with 60% aggregate marks. (No experience required).
Sr. Project Executive (Civil): Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering (60% marks) + 2 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Manager (HRM): Full-time MBA/MSW/PG Degree in HRM/PM/IR with 60% marks + 2 years experience.
