Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (As on 10.03.2026):
Group A Posts (FAO, Systems Manager): Up to 50 Years
Group B Posts (AAO, SLIA, JE, Assistant, Accountant): Up to 35 - 43 Years
Group C Posts: Up to 30 - 35 Years
Age Relaxation: As per Govt. of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen. No upper age limit for departmental candidates holding regular positions in IIMK.
2. Educational Qualification & Experience:
FAO: CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) with relevant experience.
Systems Manager: M.E/M.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with 15 years experience.
Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in respective discipline with relevant experience.
Assistant / Junior Assistant / Junior Executive: Graduation in any discipline with required clerical/administrative experience.
Accountant: B.Com/BBA/Inter-CA/Inter-ICWA with experience.

Selection Process
