HAL Recruitment 2026: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna CPSE, has published an employment notification (Advt. No: LCA/HR/TBT/205/2026) for the LCA Tejas Division, Bangalore Complex. HAL is inviting online applications for 81 Non-Executive cadre posts (Diploma Technicians and ITI Technicians) on a tenure basis for 4 years.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on 14.01.2026):

• Maximum Age for UR/EWS: 28 Years

• Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 Years), OBC-NCL (3 Years), PwBD (10 Years), Ex-Servicemen as per rules.

2. Educational Qualification:

• Diploma Technicians (Mechanical/Civil): Regular/Full Time Diploma in the respective Engineering discipline under 10+3 system.

• ITI Technicians: 10th Standard + NTC (ITI in relevant trade) + NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) OR 10th Standard + Direct 3 Years NAC.

• Minimum Marks: UR/OBC/EWS candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate. For SC/ST/PwBD, the minimum requirement is 50%.

• Note: Candidates possessing higher qualifications (like B.E/B.Tech) are NOT eligible to apply. Part-time or distance education qualifications are also not accepted.

Salary & Remuneration

Selected candidates will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration during their 4-year tenure:

• Diploma Technician (Scale D-6): Basic Pay ₹ 23,000/-

• Technician (Scale C-5): Basic Pay ₹ 22,000/-

• Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Perks (@25% on Basic Pay), ₹ 1500/- Lumpsum Medical Expenses, PF, and Annual Incentive.

Selection Process

• Written Test: 2.5 hours duration containing 160 Multiple Choice Questions (Part I: 20 General Awareness, Part II: 40 English & Reasoning, Part III: 100 Trade/Discipline Specific). No negative marking.

• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates based on the written test merit will undergo Document Verification.

• Medical Examination: Final appointment is subject to clearing HAL's medical standards.
