DSSSB Recruitment 2026: The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released Vacancy Notice / Advertisement No. 02/2026. Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 216 vacancies for various Group B and Group C posts including Radiographer, Assistant Manager, Patwari, Meter & Relay Tester, and others under different Departments/Local/Autonomous Bodies of the Government of NCT of Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (As on 28.03.2026):
Radiographer / Optometrist / Patwari: 18 to 27 years.
Assistant Managers / Reporter / Stenographer: Up to 30 years.
Junior Law Officer / Meter Tester / Jr. Radiographer: Up to 32 years.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 Years), OBC-Delhi (3 Years), PwBD (10 Years), Departmental Candidates/ESM as per Govt. norms.
2. Educational Qualification:
Radiographer: 10+2 with Science + Certificate/Diploma/B.Sc. in Radiography.
Assistant Manager (Various): Master''s in Tourism, MBA, CA/CMA, LLB, or B.Tech in IT depending on the specific post discipline.
Meter & Relay Tester: Matriculate + ITI in Electrician trade.
Patwari: Graduate from any recognized university.
Optometrist: 10+2 with Science + Degree in Optometry (4 years).

Selection Process & Exam Scheme
One Tier / Two Tier Examination: Depending on the post code, candidates will undergo either a One-Tier (General/Technical) or Two-Tier exam.
Skill Test: For posts like Stenographer and Reporter, skill/typing tests will be conducted as per the requirement.
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) answer.

Candidates must first register on the OARS portal at dsssbonline.nic.in (Registration is a one-time exercise).
Login using the registration credentials and navigate to the current openings.
Select the desired post from Advertisement 02/2026.
Fill out the application form carefully and upload the required scanned documents (Photo, Signature).

Only candidates holding an OBC (Delhi) certificate issued by the Revenue Department, GNCTD are eligible for OBC reservation. OBC candidates from other states are treated as Unreserved (UR).

Women candidates, along with SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen, are completely exempted from paying the application fee.
Is there a negative marking in the DSSSB exams?▼
