Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (As on 31.01.2026):
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age (Open Category): 38 Years
Maximum Age (Reserved/Orphans): 43 Years
Age Relaxation: Applicable for PwD, Ex-Servicemen, Project Affected, Earthquake Affected, etc., as per Maharashtra Govt rules.
2. Educational Qualification (Selected Posts):
Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering.
Fireman: SSC (10th Pass) + 6 months Fire Training Course + Minimum Physical Standards.
Sanitary Inspector: Degree + Sanitary Inspector Diploma.
Cashier: Commerce Degree + Typing (Marathi 30 wpm & English 40 wpm).
Civil Engineering Assistant: Diploma in Civil Engg OR ITI (Civil Engg Asst).
Note: Knowledge of the Marathi language is mandatory for all posts. Some posts require specific experience (Please refer to the official notification for detailed qualifications).

Selection Process
Online Examination: Most posts will have a 200-mark online exam (120 minutes) covering Marathi, English, General Knowledge, Aptitude/Reasoning, and Subject Knowledge.
Physical/Skill Test: For Fire Department posts (Deputy Fire Station Officer, Driver-Operator, Fireman), the written exam will be of 100 marks (60 minutes), and a Physical/Field test will be conducted for another 100 marks.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates (in a 1:3 ratio) will be called for document verification.
