Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on 18.02.2026):

• Scientist - IV: Max 45 Years (Direct Recruitment) / 56 Years (Deputation).

• Scientist - III: Max 40 Years.

• Relaxation: As per Govt. of India norms (SC/ST: 5 Years, OBC: 3 Years, etc.).

2. Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Scientist - IV: 1st Class M.Sc with 9 years experience OR Ph.D/M.Tech/MD with relevant R&D experience.

• Scientist - III: 1st Class M.Sc with 5 years experience OR Ph.D with 1 year post-doctoral experience in relevant field.

Selection Process

• Scientist - IV: Two rounds of interviews (Preliminary & Final) with a presentation on research work.

• Scientist - III: Interview by Selection Committee (Written test may be conducted if applications are large).

• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called in a 1:2 ratio.
