BSNL Recruitment 2026: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has released a notification (Advt. No. BSNLCO-11/12(11)/1/2025-RECTT-CO) for the Direct Recruitment of Senior Executive Trainee (SET) in Telecom and Finance streams from open market candidates. 2. Educational Qualification:
For Telecom Stream: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent Engineering degree with minimum 60% marks (regular full-time) in:

Selection Process & Salary
Selection Method: Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of Part-I (Aptitude - 40 Marks) and Part-II (Technical - 160 Marks). Total duration is 180 Minutes.
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for every wrong answer.
Salary: Candidates will be recruited in the IDA pay scale E-3 (₹ 24,900 - ₹ 50,500) [Pre-revised]. Upon confirmation, they will be designated as Senior Executives.
Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹ 9 Lakhs to serve BSNL for at least 5 years.
