BNPM Recruitment 2026: Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited (BNPMIPL), a Joint Venture between Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) and Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL), has released Employment Notification No. 02/2026. Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of 06 Assistant Manager posts in various disciplines for its paper mill in Mysuru, Karnataka.

Vacancy Details & Pay Scale

A total of 06 vacancies have been announced. Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 8 with a minimum Basic Pay of ₹ 52,000/- along with DA, HRA, and other allowances. The discipline-wise breakdown is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on 11.04.2026):

• Maximum Age: 32 Years for all posts.

• Age Relaxation: OBC-NCL (3 Years), PwBD (10 Years), Ex-Servicemen (As per Govt. guidelines).

2. Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): First Class Graduate in B.Com/BBA + Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost and Management Accountant (ICMAI).

• Assistant Manager (Materials Management): Full-time Graduate Engineer in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks.

• Assistant Manager (Civil): Full-Time B.E/B.Tech in Civil / Civil & Structural Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

• Experience: Prior experience is not essential for any of the above posts (Freshers can apply).

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

• Written Test: The selection will be based on an Offline/On-line test (Objective type - multiple choice). The test will comprise 80 Questions for 80 Marks to be solved in 90 Minutes.

• Part A (30 Marks): Logical Reasoning (10 Marks), Quantitative Aptitude (10 or 20 Marks depending on discipline), English Language (10, 20 or 30 Marks depending on discipline).

• Part B (50/20/30 Marks): Professional Knowledge depending on the specific discipline.

• Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for a Personal Interview.
