Selection Process & Exam Scheme

  • Stage-1 (Stenography Proficiency Test): Applicable ONLY for Post Code 12/26 (Personal Assistant). It will be a qualifying test consisting of 5 minutes dictation @ 80 wpm and 45 minutes of transcription on a computer. Candidates who qualify will proceed to Stage-2.

  • Stage-2 (Written Examination): For all posts (UDC, Librarian, PA). It will be an Objective Type Multiple Choice test comprising 200 marks (Duration: 2 Hours).
