Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:
For Production/Engineering Posts: Full-time Engineering Degree in relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production / Textile etc.) with min 55% marks.
For Finance Posts: CA / ICWA.
For Marketing/HR/Materials: Full-time MBA / PGDM or Engineering Degree as applicable.
For Audiologist / P&O Officer: Bachelor in Audiology/Prosthetics & Orthotics + RCI Registration.
Note: GATE 2025 Score is required for "Officer - Production" and "Officer - O&M".
2. Age Limit (Max as on 01.01.2026):

Deputy General Manager (E-6): 52 Years
Senior Manager (E-5): 50 Years
Manager (E-4): 48 Years
Deputy Manager (E-3): 45 Years

Selection Process
Personal Interview: For most Managerial and Specialist posts (GM, DGM, Managers, SAP Specialists). An online test may be conducted if the ratio of candidates exceeds 1:20.
Online Test: For Accounts Officer (HR-10), Accountant (HR-11), P&O Officer (HR-18), Audiologist (HR-19).
GATE 2025 Score: For Officer Production (HR-04) and Officer O&M (HR-33).
